Beauty businesses

Website design for salons, stylists, and beauty studios.

Beauty clients decide fast, usually on a phone, usually from a photo. Your website has to show the work, list what things cost, and let someone book without sending a message first.

What beauty clients look for

Booking that works at 11pm

Most booking happens after hours. If someone has to wait for a reply, they book with whoever has an open calendar link. Your booking tool goes right in the header and at the end of every service.

A service menu with real prices

Vague pricing costs you appointments and fills your inbox with quote questions. Listing services with prices or starting prices filters out mismatched clients before they book.

Photos that load fast and look like your work

Your gallery is your portfolio. Images get sized and compressed so a phone on cell data still sees them quickly, with categories so someone looking for balayage is not scrolling past nails.

Policies stated plainly

Deposit, late arrivals, cancellations, patch tests. Putting these on the site in your own words prevents most awkward conversations at the chair.

Local search that names your neighborhood

People search by area, not by business name. Service pages and a connected business profile are how you show up for the searches near you.

Questions from this trade

Can you connect the booking system I already use?
Usually yes. Most schedulers offer a link or embed, and that gets built into the site so clients stay in one flow.
Can I take deposits through the website?
Yes, either through your booking tool or a payment link. Business Plus and above include payment processing setup.
What if I only have phone photos?
Phone photos are fine when they are well lit. We crop, size, and arrange them so the gallery looks consistent.
I rent a chair rather than own a salon. Is a website worth it?
Yes, and often more so. It gives you something that belongs to you and follows you if you change locations.
