Questions people ask
- What exactly do I receive?
- It depends on the package. Starter is $295 for 10 branded graphics and captions, Growth is $495 for 20 graphics plus story covers and a 30 day order, and Full Month is $750 for 30 graphics, story covers, a content calendar, and up to 3 platform size sets. Every package includes a profile and cover refresh if needed, revisions, and organized handoff files.
- Do you post them for me?
- No. Posting, scheduling, and login access are not part of these packages. You keep control of your accounts and post on your own schedule.
- Is this a monthly plan?
- No. Each package is a one-time project, even the Full Month package, which is a month's worth of content designed in one batch. Ongoing support is handled through a written Design Partner agreement instead.
- Can I add this to my website project?
- Yes. All three packages are available as optional paid extras on any website package, and existing clients can request one from the client portal. Your package price does not change unless you add it.
- Do you edit video or make reels?
- No. Story and reel covers are static graphics. Video editing and reels production are quoted separately.
- How is this different from the Social Media Setup Pack?
- The Setup Pack is about getting your profiles set up and cleaned up. These packages are about the content that goes on them. They are separate services with separate prices.
