No. SiteByPiece is not an eSignature software provider. With eSignature Business Setup, we configure your documents and signing workflow inside the supported platform you choose, such as DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, or Adobe Acrobat Sign. You pay that platform's fees directly.
SiteByPiece designs and sets up business documents and can tailor the business terms you provide. We are not a law firm, our forms are not attorney-drafted, and nothing we provide is legal advice. You are responsible for any legal or compliance review your business needs.
Form Care is $29/year for forms SiteByPiece created for you. It keeps your files on record, covers minor contact, branding, or wording updates, helps with replacement access or downloads, and includes up to 2 minor form edits per paid year. Major rewrites, new forms, legal review, and eSignature platform fees are not included.
Small changes to an existing form, such as an updated phone number, address, logo, color, a reworded sentence, or adding or removing a single field. Restructuring a form, writing new sections, or building a new form is new work.
After you submit your intake, we review it and respond within 24 hours with your timeline and client portal information. The design time depends on how many forms you need and how complete your content is.
