  2. Complete a short SEO intake about your site, goals, and priority pages. Never send passwords.
  3. We review your site, make the agreed monthly updates, and send your monthly summary.

Questions

Will SEO Care get me to the top of Google?

No one can honestly promise that. Ranking changes take time and are not guaranteed, and we do not promise rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. SEO Care keeps your on-page SEO maintained and gives you a clear picture of what is happening each month.

How is this different from the SEO Tune-Up?

The SEO Tune-Up is a one-time cleanup of your SEO basics. SEO Care is ongoing upkeep after your initial SEO foundation: monthly checks, page updates, and reporting.

What counts as a priority page?

A page you pick for that month's on-page updates, such as a main service page or your homepage. Starter covers up to 2, Growth up to 5, and Pro up to 10 each month.

Do you need my passwords?

No. Please never send passwords. Where we need access, add us through your platform's official collaborator, user, or invite feature, and grant Search Console access through Google's own sharing settings.

What is not included?

Blog or article writing, Backlink outreach or link building, Directory citations, Google Business Profile work, Website redesign work, Page-speed engineering beyond recommendations and small onsite fixes, Unlimited edits. If you need any of these, ask for a separate quote.

How do billing and cancellation work?

Each plan is billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel from your private plan page, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. There are no partial-month refunds.

Does my site have to be built by SiteByPiece?

No. We can care for sites on most platforms, as long as you can give us collaborator access or make the changes we recommend.
