What we collect and why.

When you send a message or start a project, we receive your name, email, business name, and whatever you write in the message.

During a project we also receive the content you send for the website: text, photos, logos, and details about your services.

Our host records standard server logs such as page requests and general location. This is used to keep the site running and see which pages are useful.

To reply to you, write your project plan, build your website, and send invoices. That is the full list.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.

We do not send marketing email to people who only asked a question.

Some information passes through the companies that host this site, deliver email, and process payments. They only see what they need to perform that function.

Payment card details never reach us. They are handled entirely by the payment processor.

This site uses only what is needed to function. No advertising trackers are placed on visitors.

Project records and invoices are kept for as long as needed for business and tax records. General inquiries that do not become projects are cleared out periodically.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, as long as we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons. Send that request through the contact form.
