- Work outside the approved scope unless it is added in writing
Straight answers
- Priority means reserved production time and a higher calendar position. It never overrides work already promised to another client, and SiteByPiece does not advertise chaotic rush work.
- One major request is active at a time unless the signed plan allows more. Larger requests may use multiple scheduled production blocks.
- Turnaround depends on scope, the agreed schedule, and receiving complete materials and approvals. Client delays can move dates.
- Payment must remain current for reserved production time to continue. Rollover rules are agreement-specific; unlimited rollover is not promised.
- Some production work may continue outside traditional business hours when appropriate, helping projects keep moving while protecting quality and proper rest between work sessions.

- Is Design Partner unlimited design?
- No. Your agreement reserves a defined amount of production time and states how requests are handled. One major request is active at a time unless your signed plan says otherwise.
- What payment schedules are available?
- Approved clients may use monthly, weekly, twice-monthly, or custom recurring dates such as the 5th and 20th. Your exact schedule is agreed to in writing before work begins. This is a recurring service schedule, not financing or credit.
- Does priority scheduling mean rush work?
- No. It means production time is reserved for you and your requests receive a higher calendar position. It does not interrupt work already promised to another client or remove the time needed to do careful work.
- What happens when a request is larger than one production block?
- We confirm the scope before starting and schedule the work across multiple production blocks when needed. Exact turnaround depends on the request and current schedule.
- Do unused hours or production blocks roll over?
- Rollover rules are specific to each written agreement. SiteByPiece does not promise unlimited rollover.
- Are outside costs included?
- No, unless your agreement says otherwise. Printing, ad spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, stock licensing, and outside vendors are separate.
