$15 is a review fee, not the build price. Credited once toward an approved website build.

Start custom build • $15
- $15 covers a personal review and protects the time spent preparing a detailed written scope. It is not the full build price.
- If you approve and purchase your website build, the $15 is credited ONCE toward that project's balance. A separately paid $25 website design fee also counts once, so both together count $40 toward the package; neither is counted twice.
- After payment you receive one 10% code for one separate future order placed through our online checkout (business cards, stickers, banner stands, logos, social media design, presentations, business forms and custom how-to guides). It is tied to your purchase email, single use, cannot be combined with another code, and excludes shipping, taxes, website packages, this review fee and the $15 print inquiry.
- Refunded or disputed payments provide no credit and void the 10% code. Our published refund policy and terms apply.

Can you build anything?
We take a wide range of custom digital and print projects, but every request is reviewed for feasibility first. If something is not a good fit, our written review says so plainly.
What does the $15 cover?
A personal review of your full brief and a detailed written scope with price and next steps. It is not the price of the build.
Do I get the $15 back toward my project?
If you approve and purchase your website build, the $15 is credited once toward that project's balance. A separately paid $25 website design fee also counts once, so together they count $40 toward the package — nothing is counted twice.
How does the 10% code work?
After payment you get one code tied to your purchase email. It takes 10% off the product price of one separate future order in our online checkout (business cards, stickers, banner stands, logos, social media design, presentations, business forms or custom how-to guides). It cannot be combined, excludes shipping and taxes, and does not apply to website packages or review fees.
What if my payment is refunded or disputed?
A refunded or disputed payment provides no project credit and voids the 10% code. Our published refund policy applies.
Do I need to call?
No. Written email is our preferred contact. Phone is optional on the form.
