  • You fund your advertising account directly with the advertising platform.
  • Results are not guaranteed.
  • Advertising platforms control ad approval and may reject, delay, limit, or request changes to advertisements.
  • Your project timeline begins after SiteByPiece receives your completed intake form, required assets, and any necessary advertising account access.
  • Never send social media passwords through the intake form, email, Slack, or any other SiteByPiece form.
  • SiteByPiece will send secure access instructions when advertising account access is required.

About your advertising budget

Your advertising budget is paid by you, directly to the advertising platform, from your own account. The $175 fee covers the creation and setup service only and does not include ad spend. You choose your daily or lifetime budget, and you can pause or change it whenever you want.

Does the $175 include my advertising budget?
No. The $175 covers the creation and setup service only. Your advertising budget is paid directly to the advertising platform from your own account, and you decide how much to spend.
Which social media platforms can you create ads for?
The most common requests are Facebook and Instagram, and we also work with platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Tell us where your customers already spend time and we will let you know before we start.
Do I need to give SiteByPiece access to my account?
For the Ad Creation and Setup service, yes — we need access to your ad account so the campaign can be built and launched under your business. You can add us as a limited user and remove that access at any time. The How To Guide requires no access at all.
Can I purchase only the How To Guide?
Yes. The $75 How To Guide can be purchased on its own, whether or not you have a website with us. The guide is yours to keep and reuse for future ads.
What is included in the $250 Complete Ads Package?
Both services in one order: we create and launch your ad, and you also receive the customized how to guide. It stays one project with one intake form, and you can see the ad work and the guide tracked separately.
Can SiteByPiece manage my ads after launch?
Ongoing ad management is available and priced per business, since the work depends on how many campaigns you run and how often they change. Contact us and we will put together a custom monthly quote.
