- It is a way to get a professional website without paying the whole cost at once. You agree to a plan, and each payment you make unlocks the next piece of your website.
- Do I have to use a payment plan?
- No. If you would rather pay in full, you get a lower total price and we build the whole project straight through.
- Can I pay my balance early?
- Yes. You can pay ahead, pay for several pieces at once, or clear the remaining balance whenever you want.
- What happens if I stop making payments?
- Work pauses at the last piece that was paid for. Nothing is repossessed and no interest is added. When you are ready to continue, we pick up where we stopped.
- Do I own my website?
- Once the website is fully paid, it is yours. You keep the files, the domain, and the accounts.
- Do I have to buy a domain?
- You need one if you want your own web address. You buy it from a domain provider in your own name, and we help connect it.
- Who pays for hosting?
- You do, directly to the hosting provider. We help you choose one and set it up when that is part of your project.
- How many revisions do I receive?
- Every package includes 7 revisions. Most projects never use all of them.
- What does unlimited pages mean?
- It means unlimited standard website pages, like service pages or location pages. Large product catalogs, portals, and custom systems are quoted separately.
- Can you build ecommerce websites?
- Yes. Business Plus covers up to 25 products, Complete Website covers up to 75, and Business Systems covers up to 150. Additional products are $75 per 25 products.
- Can you build portals or business systems?
- Yes. Business Systems includes up to two custom features, and larger builds start at $2,220 with a written quote.
- Do you work with businesses outside Texas?
- Yes. We are based in Houston and work with clients all over the country.
