- How many products can my store have?
- It depends on the package. Business Plus covers basic ecommerce up to 25 products, Complete covers up to 75, and Business Systems covers up to 150. Larger catalogs are quoted separately.
- Do I need product photos before we start?
- You need something for each product. The intake has labeled upload areas for product photos, and image sourcing assistance is included in larger packages.
- Can customers pay by card?
- Yes. Checkout is set up through an established payment provider, and you keep your own account with them.
- Can I sell digital products or offer local pickup?
- Both are possible depending on scope. Tell us in the intake and it gets written into your project plan.
- Can I start with a simple store and grow it?
- Yes. Many shops launch with a small catalog and add products, variations, and features as pieces later.
