It is not a second fee. Future invoices are prepared and reconciled by SiteByPiece, not automatically discounted by this checkout.

Design, printing, specialty materials and delivery are priced separately after review. You are paying $15 total today, with no added $2.99 fee or shipping charge.

Our published refund policy explains refunds for unfinished work and completed work, and how to request a refund to the original payment method. Its $25 website design-fee rule is specific to website projects, not this inquiry. No separate non-refundable inquiry policy is imposed here. Refunded or disputed payments do not provide available project credit.
